This is a great dessert served with sliced baguette.
2 frozen pie shells
1 wheel of brie
1 Granny Smith apple, chopped finely
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. crushed pecans
1 baguette
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Trim brie and place it in pie shell. Cover with apple, brown sugar and pecans. Place second pie shell on top and press edges. Cook until crust is light brown and cheese is melted, approximately 25 mins. Serve with sliced baguette as dessert.
