Easy Recipe Idea:
Summertime Guacamole
Fresh vegetables from your garden or local market make this recipe shine!
2 ripe avocados, peeled and mashed
1 - 2 peeled tomato(s), chopped
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. cilantro
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients. Place avacado seeds in mixture until served to avoid discoloration. Serve with chips or use as a garnish on tacos, tortillas or your favorite summertime salad!
