Easy Recipe Idea:
Applesauce Spice Cake
Ingredients:
• 2c all-purpose flour (plus a little for the pan)
• 1/8 tsp kosher salt
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 stick unsalted butter (plus a little for the pan)
• 1c granulated sugar
• 1 2/3c jarred chunky applesauce
• 1tsp ground ginger
• 2tsp ground cinnamon
• Pinch of ground nutmeg
• 1tsp vanilla extract
• 2 large eggs
• 1c dark or golden raisins
• 2tbsp confectioners’ sugar
• Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Craft Idea:
Snowflake Window Clings
Materials:
• Pencil
• Paper
• Wax paper
• Dimensional Fabric Paint (Glitter colors look best)
Directions:
- Draw different patterns on snowflakes on the piece of paper. Make sure all of the lines connect.
- Cover the paper with a sheet of wax paper.
- Use any color of the fabric paint to trace the snowflakes on the wax paper.
- Let the snowflakes dry over night. Peel off and stick on any window!
