Community Support Services provides an array of services for children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families. Our philosophy is to foster independence. We form partnerships with people and their families that empower them to create their own solutions. The following pages provide a brief description of each of our services. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for services at Community Support Services, an individual must:

1. Qualify as developmentally disabled. Developmental disabilities are lifelong conditions attributable to mental or physical impairments that occur before age 18.
